“Treat people the way you want to be treated”
We’ve all heard this saying, here at Tatutina we try to do this with every customer.
For instance, Linda wanted to give her granddaughter a personalized stool for her birthday but it would not be done in time, disappointed but excited about the gift she placed the order. Tatutina felt her disappointment so we sent a card with a birthday medal to her granddaughter telling her a special gift was on the way. Necessary, no, but the way we would like to be treated!

I need to tell you that I am impressed with your company as is my daughter (her daughter received the stool for her birthday).
I had called to check on when delivery would be and talked to an extremely wonderful young lady! She was very kind and handled the call to my total satisfaction. Not only that, the day before my granddaughter’s birthday (she was 3!) they received a birthday card in the mail telling them that she was going to receive a gift in the next couple days. Not only that, a necklace with BIRTHDAY GIRL on it was received. What an extremely thoughtful thing to do–and so unexpected!
So thank you very much for EVERYTHING. My granddaughter actually carries that stool all over the house and just loves it! And we love your
